Seamless Account Placement Process
What kind of agreement do we enter into?
OVAG offers the option of a formal contract to cover the on-going placement of accounts, or a Single Account Referral (SAR) agreement applicable to the placement of a single account with applicable terms and conditions. Both options require the signature of an approved representative.
What information should we send OVAG?
OVAG requires the demographic details of the parties involved, the financial transactions that have occurred to date and any other basic information that will help OVAG locate the party responsible for paying and validating the amounts that are owed. Any additional information such as previous communications, contracts, copies of documentation provided to you will contribute to increase our chances of success in obtaining payment.
How do we get information to OVAG?
OVAG can receive the information in many different ways; secure FTP, secure email, fax and regular mail are the most popular. OVAG also has the ability to set up direct access to your systems in order to, when needed, obtain further information like invoices and in that way frees your employees for other more important tasks.
HOW DO WE GET INFORMATION FROM OVAG?
OVAG has the capability to make this connection bidirectional so that you can also receive our collections progress notes directly into your system and stay seamlessly up to date in the evolution of our collection efforts.
How do I get my money?
OVAG can receive payments directly through all major payment methods and forward the funds to you, or we can also arrange for payments to be made directly to you. Payments received by OVAG, regardless of the payment method used, are deposited into a trust account and forwarded to you at the end of each calendar month. Depending on the situation, we can either send you the entire amount received and invoice you for our services, or we can send you the amount we collect, minus our fees.
How much does it cost?
OVAG has a ‘no win-no fee’, commission structure: if we are unsuccessful in obtaining payment, there is no charge. There are no hidden fees or charges and anything that could incur a cost, such as legal action or financial investigations, will be communicated and your approval obtained in advance, so you have full awareness of any expenses. Pricing of our services depends on a number of factors such as volume of accounts placed, value, age of the account, type of debt, etc. Please contact us to discuss pricing.
